Frame id help

It's deffo European, probably French as bi-cross is a French abbreviation of bicycle motocross. There are quite a few companies it could be but it's deffo chopper to bmx crossover period bike. Try looking at mbk/motobecane, Peugeot and kalkoff on the off chance it's not French

I had similar frame like this when I was as kid which is part of "Bonanza Rad". It was very popular in Germany back in the 70's.

had another go at the frame this morning the down pipe sticker says " RANCHO "
then pipe with the seat say's " BR-CROSS "
