I still remember the sound of Adam's Hutch pedal and redline crank arm hitting Oxford street as the single bolt had decided to come undone and release itself in the gutter somewhere

Nowt wrong with 2 bolts on a rider  :daumenhoch:

There's been quite a few issues re old drivetrains on a few rides John , pedals , chains and headsets aswell  :LolLolLolLol:    .......... and that's not including Jono's builds !!  :D

No kidding! If I take the Ripper out I need a 6mm Allen key to tighten up the crank arm every mile  ::)
