Mmm, if I didn't know any better I'd say they were Kuwahara laser bars without the kuw stamp. They are almost certaintly Nitto though judging by the date stamp

What date are these then mate ?

I can't tell you the date as Nitto really don't want anyone to decode their date stamps. Its kind of a guarded secret and when I asked for the formula it was denied!
