Exactly. Worth what someone is prepared to pay. If something is rare AND desirable it will always sell for big money, be it bike parts, records, coins, star wars stuff.....

Same as any hobby. You have the 99% average stuff, and the 1% super rare that will fetch the money for those who can afford it. Fair play if you ask me, it's not like Terry is asking a grand for a burner...

I must say I didn't think anything of that price for the hubs, they are superb hubs and to be honest that is what they are worth.

Too much for me, but not too much for what they are.
