is it possible to put a front hub guard on the rear (driver side)

Try it, and let us know how you get on. It would help if you tell us which brand/model of hub and which guard you intend to use.

Not normally.  The front will be 10 and the rear 14 and drive side rear hub guards are normally a totally different design.
