Spoke length for Araya 7X with Suzue hubs?

Does anyone know what spoke length I need for lacing Araya 7x rims to Suzue hubs in a 3 cross pattern? The hubs are small flange. diameters 38mm front, and 43mm for the back. Much appreciated
