19mm 48-spline crank removal

Can anyone tell me the specific crank removal tool, to use on 19mm 48-spline cranks?

I've hunted around the Web but I can't seem to get the correct tool for these cranks.

it depends what cranks you have and what size thread in the axle. for profile cranks there are these.
