Shipping framesets abroad

Does anyone know the cheapest way to send a frameset abroad? I was thinking Royal Mail's Parcelforce but any other suggestions? It's going to Japan, if that helps.

They'll give you decent quotes for other couriers via their accounts. You'll need parcel dimensions and weight to work out the costs.
