It's a reissue Kuwahara KZ01, ET style(ish).

I've seen them and the previous re-issues around and about over here (Japan) and they definitely catch the eye. In fact, I did briefly think about buying one but when you work out what you can get for the same money (excluding genuine ETs that is), particularly in the States, I decided that I'd prefer to buy something from bitd. Horses for courses, and all that.
