Sorry dude its not what you thought, the guy builds these things and sells them as reps, (if you can even call them that) naughty really ..even the parts are bankrupt bike parts specials .
Squint your eyes and it looks deceiving, then the pictures are taken in a nice location all part of the trick.
Sure I've seen his stuff on fb too?

good call, the frames and forks were for sale on eBay not too long back for £20 the rest of the parts look to have come from the same eBay seller, bankruptbikeparts
