Any bottom bracket that states One Piece Crank will fit. As for sealed, yes they are better but only to a point, depends how hard you're going to ride it. Tange/tioga ones are probably the best value for money

I guessed that from his 1st post, It sounds like he his looking at bottom brackets for 3 piece cranks, Thats where the 19mm and 22mm came in.
Bearing sizes are not normally quoted on OPC bottom brackets.
