Please help with my Sugino OPC and Odyssey Bottom Bracket!

That Swan Guy:
You should have a washer on BOTH sides. One near the spider and a tabbed one on the non drive side. The reason it is tightening up is you don't have the tabbed washer on the non drive side which is allowing both nuts to moved around the thread on the crank and tighten. Placing the tabbed washer BETWEEN the nuts will stop it tightening.

Hi mate, yes the locking tabbed washer is in place, will fit the other on Sunday and hopefully finish the build then too!!

Like the people said, the big washer will go on the drive side. Could be left out if you need more thread room on the other side.
The small, keyed washer fits into the alcove on the first non drive side nut, then the outer nut tightens it up.

Had to leave the large spacer washer out, there wasn't enough thread on the non drive side so thanks for saying that could be done, I can rest easy now!
