Its a car dealer selling it! Not sure if I have heard of Vulcan.  :-[ Looks nicely done for a budget bike. But not worth £650.  :-\ I take it, its not £650 for the Diamond Back too which is shown in the advert?  :-[

Daft thing is some muppet will probably end up buying over Christmas after a few too many shandies........  I reckon the parts on my mini bike are worth about twice that and I can't shift it at less than a third the price  :(
