FFS! gets worse!

It looks like a Universal frame, made in Rayleigh, Essex. I have to admit that I bought one on ebay a few years ago. I was going to use it as the basis for my adidas build. I changed my mind when I saw it up close realised i'd basically flushed about £70 down the toilet  :'(
