Can anyone date this PK Ripper without a serial?

I think looptail is pre 85 but someone who actually knows what he is talking about (like Ash) will no doubt be along soon  :daumenhoch:

I thought that all rippers from 79-84 were all the same, and the serials on loopy rippers weren't consecutive, so it's impossible to determine a precise date. Here's an old thread that might help though http://www.radbmx.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,157725.msg1567412.html#msg1567412

Cheers lads. I read that looptails were early but the rest relied on serials or cable guides on later models which I can't see  ???
