Bar Id please radsters

Need a bit of help had these bars hanging around for ages and ive never been able to ID them.

Deffo cromo
main bar tube dia 22mm
Crossbar tube 16mm
Bottom of bar to crossbar 6 1/2 inch
Rise 8 1/2 inch
across 28 1/2 inch

Got 2 pair of these , have never found out what they are with the moulded stem area I initially thought they were crushed till I got another pair identical they are braized, quite large and lovely
