It's similar to a FB like thing.

On your avatar there is a rate status bar, if it's grey it means people think you're a boring coont, if it's green then you've got a big willy.

Its like the `like' thing on FB, it was added a couple of years back when the FB rot was starting to set in.

not sure it means much, I click it sometimes, but I like interfering with things....
