Saved this today from meeting a bitter end, it was going to the tip until someone said its worth money. The previous owner has a little money for college now and wont need to work for Maccy Ds straight away :LolLolLolLol:

So far they are looking like Haro gen 1 forks. They need removing for investigation. There is decal residue ( mucky glue) at the bottom near the dropouts.

Hi Moza,I am reasonably certain that the forks on your bike are Gen 1 Haro's .& your mention of sticker residue at the bottom of the dropouts reinforces my personal viewpoint.as that is where Haro positioned the fork stickers from the factory.
     I can also see by the photo that the stickers would have been circular which Gen 1 forks had.Rare forks anyway mate.Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info I thought exactly the same after some digging around. It's a rare find forks on there own, next job is to clean them up.
