Cali lite johar frame pad for 81 gt pro

Hi lads, probably a stupid question but do I need the jumbo (1 1/4") version of he Cali lite johar for my gt pro? Have a standard size and struggling to get it to fit properly

nicked a vernier from work and confirmed the top tube is 1 1/4" so it will need a jumbo pad.
