It looks like a flat front RS2000, as they were known, basically without the nose cone, but I don't think Ford produced any like that, not in this country anyway.

I don't think it's a Mex, as the pinstripes don't continue around the arches, and the RS1800 had 2 thick blue stripes along the bottom of the doors.
