race bike build ... what wheels

Ok guys & gals,

Never built a race bike before, so what  wheels\rims\hubs should i be looking out for ?

Moose:
Really depends on what era/what bike, but here's a safe bet

Rims = Ukai's or Araya's
Hubs = Suzue sealed low flange.

yup shimanos are ok too, hutch ti for the rich ;D (I got suzue's n shimanos on my family :( )

I'm building a Haro Group 1.

In the catalogues it says they came with   Araya 7Z or Araya 72    36H  20x1.75 alloy rims

How do these compare to Araya 7X rims ?

What about  Peregrine HP 48 rims ?
