Freshfield Graphics - what's going on there?

I'm missing the offers from Freshfield on ebay since a longer time  ???
Also no reply to e-mails I've sent (for a friend whose English is not sufficient...)  :tumbleweed:
Can somebody give any informations about what happend or what's going on there?  "help"
