Excellent! :daumenhoch:

Yeah, the website says that shop should be open from 2.30 to 9pm, though Inoue-san will be at the meet so you can confirm with him. Here's the flyer:-

See you tomorrow, punctures permitting!!!! :2gunsfiring_v1:

Back from a 20 odd mile ride to find our kids affix rear hub is the worse design on the planet.  :knuppel2:
took it appart and it looked like a shot blaster had tipped his boot out at the end of a particularly long day  :LolLolLolLol:

spend an hour rebuilding it a few times then it got lobbed. Plundered the rear wheel of the rusty bike above and with a bit of fettling to remove a year's worth of rust we are back rolling again, albeit slightly less attractively.

See you tomorrow Mick  :daumenhoch:

Glad to have finally met you (and your kid brother) Clint! I trust you didn't sneak onto the ramps after I left! :slayer:

Have a good week and keep in touch about a beer next weekend! Cheers! :daumenhoch:

Was fun! (I'm the kid brother :P) definitely need to go for a beer while Clints still in town!
Gotta say, seeing as we didn't go back to the car till gone 4pm I was expecting the parking fee to be a hell of a lot more than 1100y, so that was a nice little bonus

Got me some plans for a old school build to bring along next year now!

You didn't make a purchase at Screamin' Wheels did you??? Failing that, I've got several frames kicking around my place at the moment! :daumenhoch:

Hey Mick. Great to finally meet you. Some lovely bikes there today  :daumenhoch:

we kept our wallets shut in screaming wheels, all far too tempting in there. Was really taken with a lovely orange motomag survivor frame but already up to my eyes in builds.... Thank god.  :crazy2:

Yesterdays ride turned up a few nice motors and a spot of interesting imagery

Was loving this datsun  :daumenhoch:

.

The carpark besides the Happy bike meet heralded a few gems too

And of course the bike meet had its fair share of eye candy. Check out Mikku's thread for plenty more pics  :daumenhoch:

After the meet we headed towards the great oldschool shop that is screamin wheels. This cafe on the way was ace, the bloke was actually serving out of the side of his van even though it sat in his shop  :daumenhoch:

Spotted a ratty on the way too

And the shop itself. fookin love it in there  :smitten:

The street he has moved to is one of the few areas i have come across so far where you actually soo the odd bmx knocking about

Yeah, great pics mate! Looks like you had a fun-packed day! :daumenhoch:

It's always really interesting to see people's reactions when they visit Japan. I try not to take things for granted but when you live somewhere for a while everything inevitably becomes "normal", so it's great to be reminded of the reasons why I love it here.

 ;)

A touch over 40 miles done in the end and although the tyre got a little worse and was just kissing the frame she got me home.

Interesting how a pretty much brand new tyre can look 20 year old after after just a year under a bike port here
