the way the chain and seat stays meet the drop out is pretty unique, do the welds all the same thoughout the whole bike? Im wondering if maybe the rear was repaired and then it rechromed, long stretch i know, but thyre unlike anything ive ever seen before

I have banged a thread on the muesem , someone picked up it looks like titanium , which does it explain it being light & having no rust! The welds are the same through out.

Wondering if its just some kind of prototype thing?

Will get it pulled apart and take some more photos
