What Andy hasn't explained is that whilst he could get his slender frame into those pants (just) he couldn't move!
Old school pants are too small and too expensive to ride. A sturdy pair of shorts and knee/shin protectors is how most do it.

You're not wrong Nick. They are a tight fit. Old school size 32 inch waist. More like 29 inch in the real world

Body armour, can only speak for 661, is not restrictive in the least, buy some 2nd hand as it doesn't stay new for long. Knee/ shin pads, helmet n gloves. Body armour is unreal, went from 28 broken bones to just 2 (ribs) since wearing armour :daumenhoch: And had some pretty big offs too
