A basic-trick advice

My progress on Endos, Wheelies, Tailwhips (dont's land it yet) and Track Stands is pretty encouraging, I'm struggling a lot with other basic stuff like positioning the bike while standing still (more or less). I couldn't find this one as a particular named trick (it's not really a Rockwalk). Now I guess I need some help, advices or hints on the technique (weight balance, body movement, arms and legs tension and so on...) of this move in the video(s) below.
I've tried pretty hard, but my bike doesn't move at all. In some old videos of several trick shows, I've seen some riders walk sideways that way.

Thanks for your encouraging words Carl! :daumenhoch: ....but that ís not me in this video. It's a short sequence of a tutorial I've recorded.
Unfortunately he doesn't explain that move.

That would be my dream scenario to be honest. Having some nice lads to ride with and to learn from, as the scene here around is lame as fook. In other words inexistent. Unfortunately I'm not allowed to travel by plane (due to me ear issue), and due to me living in the very south of Germany it's very expensive to go by car (which I don't have either).
To ride up to MK is quite long distance aswell. :LolLolLolLol:
So I will not make it this year. It's really sad for me, as so many radsters invited me to come. :'(
