Apparently they were the first pedal to receive formal approval by the California Highway Patrol. Hence the chp logo. One pedal has damage to the reflector area so the plan is to tidy it up and shape the good pedal the same. Insert some pedal pins on the top edge and cut some classic pedal V slots in the leading edge under Phil's signature
