Dia Compe AD990?

Dia Compe AD990, are these still available New?

chain reaction have them, and winstanleys. the picture on chain reaction show a fs990 which is the front version and comes with the barrel adjustor which will work on front or rear. the winstanley picture is too small to see the badge. i just googled dia compe ad 990 to find these...
