Guide price for GT Cruisers

What should I be paying for a GT Cruiser?

Eg: Guide price on a Complete (nice parts), or Frame and Fork only dated 83/84 and a guide on an 87/88.

I have had an offer on both.

the 86 (Bolonga cut) brings the higher price as there aren't so many about. The later ones are bringing around $1000 complete in the US.
