Got back at half 6, in bed by 9, up at 7 today, looked after Amber all day till my Mrs came home at half 5, now I'm not even halfway through a 12 hour night shift, pushing a brush around, sweeping up corn flakes in 40 degrees heat.

It's fair to say, I've felt better.  :-[
