What frame is this??

A mate of mine has bought a frame off E-Bay and it was listed as an Haro frame and forks... When he recd the item he thinks that it may not be an Haro after all. Can anyone help, i don't have the pics yet but the serial number is = T85c2c722c.

If it's not an Haro any ideas what it is??

Thats the hard bit, he's in Cheltenham and i'm in Sheffield. All i can say is that it "looks" like a Haro...
