Suntour bear traps

Can you change from a 3 piece spindal to 1/2 inch on these pedals
Basically will 1/2 inch spindals fit in 9/16 body's

Just did that a few weeks back, but the other way 1/2 to 9/16

Nice was flapping a bit as I bought some 9/16 and didn't think you could change them

Yes you can. Have a look at this thread about re-greasing shimano DX pedals. The principle of removing suntour (and suntour copy style pedals such as Victors) bearings/spindles is exactly the same as in this guide. You might need to remove the pedal cages to access the end lock nuts/bearings. Good luck - once you've done it once, it's easy  :daumenhoch:
