Anyone know the story about how the Rad Rides book came about?

So I finally got myself a copy of the Rad Rides book from Newbie on here Avro ( cheers Bud  fistblump ) ... Well as you all know it's Bitchin'!
I recognise some of the names in there ( our very own Nick and Lee to name a few ) but how did it come about and how were the bikes chosen?
