I don't see the problem.
Parts are so scarce and expensive now that for some,repop is the only viable way of doing a build.
I built a Haro FST recently that ended up being about 70 percent repop parts.
I didn't intend for it to be that way but if it wasn't for the repops,I doubt I would have been able to afford to finish the build.
