Please tell me these don't actually look like this from the factory

I don't know what preparation he did to this clamp but it looks like the chrome has got acne it's that rough underneath.
So how can he get away with calling it NEW

His definition of nos is 'new old school'....whatever that means! Lomg and short is he is a lying. greedy coont! He is defo on here, gives people sob stories then flips the bits on ebay, some people know who he is but nobody has outed him yet. I wish I knew, oh, the fooking abuse I would throw at him.... ::)
