Selling on the way in is a great idea.
When we guided everyone into parking last year it worked well, there was a queue but it was organised. Someone could sell the Rad Rag to the queueing folk as they make their way in.

IMO this is a better way than having them in a box on the bar. 

I can get my two boys to do the selling if the Rad Rag goes ahead.
