Help with Z rims

RATTY:
Any one got any ideas, I got a set of Z rims today and I am trying to mount pan racer freestyle tyres on them, but the keep popping off the bead!! I have tried leiing them down and re seating them but Im on my third attempt! Any suggestions except bin them??

have u tried another tyre as ive just fitted one on your behalf and its still on and not popped of.

I was hoping it wasnt that to be honest, I have just managed to get them to stay on, I will have a ride and see if that helps them stay seated, if not I will try new tyres, cheers
