i have a black coated set that look the same, mines are 28" wide 8" high. knurling looks the same too. mines are around 10 years old i think.

Thanks   :) they were attached to a red neck stem , not that that means anything , but two & two together etc.

They are 26 1/4 " x 8" approx.
