I wouldnt think these are any of those

The welds are bad , and two holes on the underside of cross bar at each end with knurling on clamp area. Oh and the tubing seems real thin .

Pretty sure the stamp is a Taiwan/Chinese manufacturer, nothing fancy.  If there is a seam on the inside of the tube they are hi-ten steel.
