Redline Proline bars DATE STAMP?

Hey guys I have these Proline Bars for sale.
I removed the grips and a date stamp revealed itself :

"baseball" 0.D

Anyone have a clue?

I was told from US seller they came of a 80/81 Proline...

Koizumi use a baseball type logo but I'm not sure what the 0 is for, unless it's 1980 like the Tange date codes. Do you have a pic?
