I managed to take all stickers off before stripping so they will give me an idea of reproducing them when I need replacements. I think I'm going to try the Citric acid method and I'll let you know if I need help with the post if this fails. I'll keep you posted!!

After a little digging on the internet - who would have thought that after all these years a correct number plate would still be available in the UK for my Montesa T10!
