Today's lesson

Sun is shining today in Gosport so I decided to take my newly finished next gen challenger to the recently upgraded bmx track ,
Which by the way is fookin awesome , what I learnt today was .....
1. The track is much longer
2. Quite a bit more technical
3. I am overweight and unfit
4. Riding bmx is just as much fun as it has always been
Points 3 and 4 I was already more than aware of but have just been reminded of .
