I thought the eBay GSP program payment was the import fees payed upfront. I’ve just payed for it so I’ll have to wait and see. Got the frame set for £120 in the end. Ive seen forks on there own go for a bit less so I couldn’t resist. My first old school build may cost a little more than I bargained for if I get hit with additional charges. Oh well.
