Hello everyone I have just joined so go easy on me lol

I’m looking at restoring my bmx from when I was child. I’m looking to get my blue max looking new so I can pass it on to my son. Any advice before I start.

I was think first thing to do would be get it rechromed.

Any help would be very much appreciated

Thank you for reading. Cameron

Hey Cameron,
Welcome to  :radbmxsmilie:
Plenty of folk on here wish they still had their childhood bike! I had to settle for a replica!
Whatever you want to do to the Blue Max all the resources are on here.I don't know where you are based but my mate is a chromer in Wembley. colonnademetal.com
Decals and stuff are easily available, just ask if you need more help

Let’s see some pics!

You may well find a bit of TLC will mean not having to rechrome

Cameron1985:
It’s just the frame I have so it’s probably going to be a expensive task but I would love to get it done for my boy. I will get the frame out and take some pictures now. Thank you for all your input

Cameron1985:
I can’t add pictures I’m unsure how to do it sorry. I tried twice
