Bought this bmx a few days ago, buyer said it was a Mongoose from the 80s. Made a few enquiries and I have been told it’s from the 80s but not a Mongoose. Any ideas from anyone be appreciated.

looking at the headtube gusset I initially thought Akisu, but normally the welds would be a bit nicer

It has got Akisu written on the forks I’ve just looked at the Falcon pro theta and it does look very similar. Thanks for your reply’s.
