INSANE???

deeman:
I am wondering if anyone can help me out here......
In this pic of Ron Wilkerson there is a decal on his downtube which spells 'insane'...is this a clothing brand? or a record label? an underground zine?'something totally different? The name seems to ring a bell but i can't find any info. Does anyone know what 'insane' is or was?
any help appreciated

This could be anything Damo... as you know Ron was a loose canon when it came to parts and decals!  :2gunsfiring_v1:
Never seen it before... sorry bro

oldschoolace:
might* be your lucky day Damo!

On a recent pick I came across a stem pad made by a guy called "insane" Wayne croasdale
apparently he was a decent rider and had a hand in some nomura designs.
I think he eventually went on to be a big name in mountain biking and this was a mountain bike stem pad?

* Dunno if it's the same insane but could be a possibility?
