Cheers guys and thanks for the pics. It cool seeing them both together,  I like the slightly beefier look of the goose version. Might slap my polished Sr seatpost clamp on when all parts are sourced.

Yeah, just levers popping up with tech 2 in the search. Might be a typo too.

Thanks, if I do look for a DC or copy it'll be the hinged type. Cleaner looking imo

Yeah I do like the look of the hinged one especially with mx brakes.

Yeah that would be a good match. Just can't find the real deal cheap enough. Going for the Chang Stars I reckon.
