Can you get new spare axles for Shimano DX pedals from anywhere?

Yes... cheap DX style pedals off ebay usually do the trick.  :daumenhoch:

These axles (spindles) fit the DX pedals exactly the same.
You just got to swop over the dust seal on the original DX spindles .
These are 1/2 as the 9/16 go for more money
