1986 raleigh team burner blue Ral paint code????

Hi guys after your help again if poss, does anyone know the ral paint code for the blue on a raleigh team burner it's a 1986 but they are all the same I presume.

 Peugot Royal Blue available from Halfords is the closest rattle can match to RAL5005.
