Robinson pro year identification help

Evening all . I got a robinson pro on Sunday morning of ebay and am struggling to identify the year . Due to powder coat I can only just make out the frame number but I'm sure it's 90687 . Iv always thought it was month then year like my last one was so this one doesn't make sense to me . Obviously has the R gusset . A flat brake bridge and a flat bar between chain stays behind bottom bracket . Any help would be appreciated .

It's been a long time since I uploaded pictures on here I ain't got a clue how to do it  ;D . Yes the numbers under the bottom bracket . I'm wouldn't be surprised if the guy I got it of isn't a member . It's been powdered by Dan in a sort of candy red colour . Beautiful job but sadly as usual no matching forks  :tickedoff:
